Our minds are so powerful that when we think of only positivity then good things happen instantaneously, we feel light and have this clear vision of what we want to do and when you start your day with a positive attitude then believe that you can do anything you set your mind into, you’ll be surprised how much you can accomplish in a day, but when we have negativity within ourselves, our mood changes and we get sad, depressed, anxious and it ruins our perception, we get distracted and angry for the simplest reason. So let me ask you this simple question, do you want to be on the positive side of things or the negative?
When things don’t go the way we want it to, oftentimes it causes frustration that leads to stress. We can choose whether to let these certain situations get to us or not. For example, you woke up feeling good, you brushed your teeth, drank your coffee and on your way to work the traffic is horrible. It takes about half an hour to get to your office and you’re probably running late so you blame yourself for not leaving a little earlier, you feel frantic which makes you lose your cool. Why don’t we rewind back and let’s turn this situation into something positive, focus on the brighter side of life, yes there’s traffic but be thankful that you are driving a car while others don’t have one and yes you’re about to be late and that’s a good thing because you have a job to go to, while other people struggle to find work. Don’t let one situation ruin your day, remember that it’s just a bad day, not a bad life, We have control over certain situations and you can prevent negativity for ruling over your life, live each day by inhaling the good vibes and exhaling the bad.
I recently watched Peter Crone’s interview about our mind’s limitation to freedom and he talked about being trapped in our own thoughts when we perceive ourselves as someone not good enough, not pretty or rich enough it’s what one feels but it’s not who they are.
These are negative thoughts that we inflict on ourselves it creates frustration and self-doubt, if we want to feel good about ourselves then acceptance and self-love is the key. Think positive and be positive it’s how you can live freely.
